PKI is focused on providing avenues for healing, support and acceptance for the families of pastors, missionaries, and other full-time Christian professional ministers. We'd like to share with you the comments of some of our PKI participants:

I feel that God led me to this "family"- it has served as a tremendous support in my life. I have had days where I just needed to "lose it"- without losing my friends- and this has been the place I have been allowed to do that. This UNDERSTANDING that we all share is powerful enough to lead us to take each other to our Father in prayer- to rally behind someone having a rough day- to try and make that person smile. I am a PK. It hasn't always been easy for to readily admit that to others -at least not at first meeting. It has gotten easier since being a part of PKI. I have found a community where I belong. It doesn't matter the location or age or denomination - we all have a special bond that no one else understands except another PK. (read more)

I really enjoy sharing experiences with other preacher's kids who understand where I am coming from and do not condemn me for some of the feelings I have dealt with over the years.
